Looking for experienced Maintenance Professional to oversee the daily operations at our Granby properties. We are a fast paced property management company looking to continue growth and exceed hospitality standards. Must have exceptional work ethic, dedication in performing at a high level, ability to manage staff with clear concise direction, competency with all Maintenance job facets, computer savvy, excellent verbal communication and written skills a must, previous related management experience required. Piece Rate Housekeeper(s) - PT/FT (Granby & Winter Park)

Maintenance Technician - Full Time

The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in more than one field (e.g. snow shoveling, painting, carpentry, hot tub maintenance, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) and perform general cleaning. This position will be required to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain building and vacation home operational equipment, conduct property inspections including grounds and mechanical items, prioritize job assignments and provide a supportive role in the overall operations of the department.
