Iron Horse Condominium Association Winter Park - Resort Management Group is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team and further our commitment to provide and ensure a comfortable, high quality, and service oriented experience for all owners and guests. The Iron Horse is located on the ski corridor between Mary Jane and Winter Park Resort. Available positions include:
On-Site Property Manager:
- Full time year round - minimum 5-years business and/or community management experience required. Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the property and owner/board communications.
On-Site Maintenance Supervisor/Manager:
- Full time year round - Commercial facility experience required, including the maintenance of all mechanical systems, general property management and supervision of maintenance staff.
- Full time year round - seeking Tech 2 and 3 level individuals who can provide technical and experience based skills to assist in the operation and maintenance of the property.
- Full time or part time year round - seeking individuals who are committed to provide and ensure all common areas of the property are consistently maintained in clean, functional and pristine condition.
Vacation Rental Housekeeping Manager – Winter Park
- Full Time Year Round
The position is responsible for the cleanliness and functionality of RMG client’s Winter Park rental homes. A qualified applicant will have several years of experience in the housekeeping/rooms/homes cleaning arena, will manage schedules, supplies, and staff and will ensure homes are cleaned timely and to the standards our vacation rental customers have come to expect.
Piece Rate Housekeeper(s) - Granby & Winter Park
- Full Time, Part Time, Flexible schedules
Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned vacation rentals by performing various cleaning duties leaving the entire home in the best condition possible for the guest who will occupy the unit next. Duties and hours may vary depending on the size of the home, the number of teammates they may be working with and the season of the year. Good solid piece work cleaners can make up to $22 per hour and more.
Maintenance Technician(s) - Granby & Winter Park
- Full-Time/Winter Season
- On-Call Snow Shovelers
The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in more than one field (e.g. snow shoveling, painting, carpentry, hot tub maintenance, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) and perform general cleaning. This position will be required to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain building and vacation home operational equipment, conduct property inspections including grounds and mechanical items, prioritize job assignments and provide a supportive role in the overall operations of the department. Pay based on experience.
