Maintenance Technician(s) - Full Time (Winter Park & Granby)

Join our growing team! We are now hiring multiple positions in our maintenance department! Looking to ski during the day? Ask about our full-time night position that works 2-10 or 3-11. We offer competitive pay rates, discounted ski passes, Health/Dental/Vision available with full-time employment.

    • On-Call Snow Shovelers

The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in more than one field (e.g. snow shoveling, painting, carpentry, hot tub maintenance, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) and perform general cleaning. This position will be required to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain building and vacation home operational equipment, conduct property inspections including grounds and mechanical items, prioritize job assignments and provide a supportive role in the overall operations of the department.

Housekeeping Manager - FT (Winter Park)

The Housekeeping Manager plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of guest services, housekeeping, laundry, and communications in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner. They will provide all guests with quality service while maximizing room revenue and productivity, developing/training/scheduling housekeepers while ensuring the housekeeping department meets and exceeds all local room quality standards and guidelines. The Housekeeping Manager is expected to inspect and/or clean units as necessary. This position requires strength, flexibility and a positive attitude. Demonstrates excellent work ethic, ability to carry out any and all company-wide expectations directly in line with policies/procedures, Vision Statement and Core Values of Resort Management Group, LLC. This position reports directly to the General Manager - Winter Park.

 Guest Service Agent (Winter Park)

We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual with experience in guests service and hospitality in the vacation rental and ski resort industry. The guest service agent will be responsible for reservations, and guests services prior to arrival, during the guest stay, and after departure. This position will require a lot of multi-tasking, working in a fast pace environment, and resolving guest issues. The guest services department is also the main point of contact for our guests and owners, and the guest service agents are critical in dispatching information to the appropriate departments, and then following up with guests and owners when requests have been completed. Must be flexible with scheduled working hours, holidays and weekends required.

 Houseperson(s) - PT/FT (Granby)

Competitive Wages, Flexible schedule, early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends. 

The Houseperson/Maintenance Tech plays an important role in the Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments. They will support the team in cleaning the public areas, assisting the Housekeepers with stripping rooms and delivering linen. This position requires strength, flexibility and a positive attitude. Light Maintenance Duties as needed. Demonstrates excellent work ethic, ability to carry out any and all companywide expectations directly in line with policies/procedures, Vision Statement and Core Values of Resort Management Group, LLC. This position reports directly to the Rooms Quality Manager.
