Guest Service Agent (Granby)

We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual with experience in guests service and hospitality in the vacation rental and ski resort industry. The guest service agent will be responsible for reservations, and guests services prior to arrival, during the guest stay, and after departure. This position will require a lot of multi-tasking, working in a fast pace environment, and resolving guest issues. The guest services department is also the main point of contact for our guests and owners, and the guest service agents are critical in dispatching information to the appropriate departments, and then following up with guests and owners when requests have been completed. Must be flexible with scheduled working hours, holidays and weekends required.

Guest Service Supervisor (Granby) 

We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual with management/supervisory experience in guests service and hospitality in the vacation rental and ski resort industry. The Guest & Rental Owner Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising reservations, guests services prior to arrival, during the guest stay, and after departure. They will also be responsible for assisting in the management of rental owners including onboarding new rental properties and communications with owners. This position will require a lot of multi-tasking, working in a fast pace environment, and resolving guest and owner issues. The guest services department is also the main point of contact for our guests and owners, and the guest service agents are critical in dispatching information to the appropriate departments, and then following up with guests and owners when requests have been completed. Piece Rate Housekeeper(s) - PT/FT (Granby & Winter Park)

Earn high income through our piece rate program with the potential of $20 hourly. Flexible schedule, early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.    

Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned vacation rentals by performing various cleaning duties leaving the entire home in the best condition possible for the guest who will occupy the unit next. Duties and hours may vary depending on the size of the home, the number of teammates they may be working with and the season of the year.

Houseperson(s) - PT/FT (Granby)

The Houseperson/Maintenance Tech plays an important role in the Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments. They will support the team in cleaning the public areas, assisting the Housekeepers with stripping rooms and delivering linen. This position requires strength, flexibility and a positive attitude. Maintenance Technician(s) - Full Time (Granby & Winter Park)

The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in more than one field (e.g. snow shoveling, painting, carpentry, hot tub maintenance, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) and perform general cleaning. This position will be required to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain building and vacation home operational equipment, conduct property inspections including grounds and mechanical items, prioritize job assignments and provide a supportive role in the overall operations of the department.
