Community Association Manager - Full Time (Winter Park)

The Community Association Manager responsibilities are to facilitate, advise and assist Community Associations’ Board of Directors in the operation and management of their communities including:  providing education to Board members and owners, building community compliance/harmony and promoting the general welfare and safety of the community.  The Association Manager assists with managing the daily operations of the homeowner’s associations including property maintenance, financial operations, owner services and managing vendor activity. Responsible for all correspondence and communication with our Boards of Directors and owners. Demonstrates excellent work ethic, ability to carry out any and all companywide expectations directly in line with policy/procedures, Vision Statement and Core Values of Resort Management Group, LLC.  Accounting Administrative Assistant - FT (Granby)

The Accounting Assistant will report directly to our CFO and have the following essential job functions:

  • Company-wide work billing detail data entry.
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
  • Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
  • Request and process required new vendor paperwork.
  • Prepare and gain approval for PO’s
  • Preparing and mailing customer invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, flexibility with work assignments, basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, intermediate to advanced computer skills which include all Microsoft Office programs, excellent 10 key skills, excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate in both written and verbal formats with ease. Piece Rate Housekeeper(s) - PT/FT (Granby & Winter Park)

Maintenance Technician(s) - Full Time (Granby & Winter Park)

The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in more than one field (e.g. snow shoveling, painting, carpentry, hot tub maintenance, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) and perform general cleaning. This position will be required to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain building and vacation home operational equipment, conduct property inspections including grounds and mechanical items, prioritize job assignments and provide a supportive role in the overall operations of the department.


Association Administrative Assistant/Guest Service Agent - Full Time (Winter Park)

This full time position is split between front desk coverage on days as needed as a Guest Service Agent, and as Association Administrative Assistant at all times. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent work ethic, ability to carry out any and all companywide expectations directly in line with policy/procedures, Vision Statement and Core Values of Resort Management Group, LLC.

JOB SUMMARY ASSOCIATION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: The Association Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the HOA Team by maintaining the office, assisting owners, and assisting the Community Association Director and Manager.

JOB SUMMARY GUEST SERVICE AGENT: The purpose of a Guest Service Agent is to serve as the primary contact for all guests throughout their stay, and effectively and efficiently check guests in and out of properties. The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing quality guest services.

Must have flexibility with scheduling. Required to work weekends and holidays. Possess a valid Colorado Drivers License. Intermediate to advance knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs. Superior customer service skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
