We are pleased to announce that The Mountainside is an RCI "Silver Crown" property!
The Mountainside is located "in the middle of it all" in Grand County, Colorado at an elevation of 8,200 feet. In addition to the close proximity of Ski Granby Ranch (formerly known as SolVista Ski Basin) and Golf Granby Ranch (formerly known as Headwater's Golf Course) other winter activities include skiing at Winter Park, located about 25 minutes away, sleigh rides, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing. Spring and summer activities include fishing, hiking, white water rafting, boating on Lake Granby, as well as swimming, tennis and basketball at the resort. The ski area also becomes a popular mountain biking destination for locals and visitors alike! The Mountainside is within a 10 minute drive to Grand Elk and Pole Creek golf courses and within a 30 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Hot Sulphur Springs, Arapaho National Recreation Area and much more! The Mountainside has no elevators and steps are required to access all units. Personal transportation is recommended.
The units are fully equipped with sheets, towels, hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, VCR and DVD player in the living room and of course, a full kitchen. Laundry facilities are available throughout the property.
All units have WIFI! (Free for basic access and a nominal fee for increased bandwidth)
The Timeshare Association has undertaken a multi-year remodeling project for all units resulting in beautiful top-rated condominiums with new flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, doors, trim and furnishings! As of April 2012, all units have been remodeled!

One bedroom = 960 sq. feet. Occupancy: Max 5/Privacy 4; have one full and one three quarter bath, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper in the living room and 1 twin sleeper in the dining area.
One bedroom with Loft = 1,360 sq. feet. Occupancy: Max 9/Privacy 6; have two full baths and one three quarter bath, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds in loft (with one of the bathrooms), one queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sleeper in the dining area.
Two bedroom = 1,150 sq. feet. Occupancy: Max 7/Privacy 6; have one full bath and one three quarter bath, 2 queen beds, one queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sleeper in the dining area.
Two bedroom with Loft = 1,560 sq. feet. Occupancy: Max 11/Privacy 8; have two full baths and one three quarter bath, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds in loft (with one of the bathrooms), and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sleeper in the dining area.
Mountainside Timeshare guests receive the following housekeeping services:
A towel replacement and trash removal service can be provided upon request. Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and many units now feature washer/dryers in the unit (this project will be going through 2016). A mid-week clean will be provided if the stay is for two full weeks. A mid-week clean includes changing sheets, towels, vacuuming, replacing amenities, and trash removal.
Most Mountainside Timeshare units have an in-unit 6 person hot tub. The hot tubs are maintained every Saturday. Please be aware that upon arrival, the hot tub may not yet have reached its optimal temperature of 104 degrees and may not do so until the following morning. Please take care of the hot tub as additional charges may be assessed if the tub is damaged or abused.

The Mountainside continues to be a popular destination in the Rocky Mountains and averages a 75% occupancy rate every year! The complete remodeling of the interior of the timeshare units continues and adds to the popularity of the resort as a launching pad for all the activities Grand County has to offer including skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, boating, rafting, fishing, hiking, wildlife viewing and much more!
A new program will now allow owners and their friends to have unlimited access to additional timeshare weeks at The Mountainside for just the cost of the yearly maintenance fee! This will allow owners to have access to additional weeks, or additional units in the same week, without having to purchase an additional timeshare or without having to trade through RCI for additional weeks at The Mountainside!
This program will also be a great way for owners to introduce their friends and families to The Mountainside without the need to purchase an additional timeshare; the week can simply be "leased" from association owned inventory for the cost of the yearly maintenance fee. Friends can enjoy a week's stay at a large, remodeled condominium with a full kitchen for less than a hotel room!
The Timeshare Board of Directors is very excited about this program and believes it will be very popular with owners and their friends and family. Weeks will be available on a first come-first served basis and will be dependent on availability. The majority of units at Mountainside are one bedroom units therefore those will be the primary unit size available (sleeps 5, privacy 4). 45 days prior to arrival there will be the option of upgrading to another unit size, based on availability.
