With a subscriber list of over 20,000 people, we use this information to segment readers and send targeted emails for specific properties, holidays, etc. Our largest investment into our rental program marketing is our new state of the art website. They promptly address all guest requests before, during and after their stay and act as a central point of communication between housekeeping and maintenance departments. Our guest service agents are local experts and assist guests with vacation planning details by providing local recommendations and offering specials through our local business partnerships.

 

Rooms Quality - Protect your investment on the inside and out

 

Our Rooms Quality Department is made up of our maintenance and housekeeping personnel. This team of highly trained individuals is dedicated to protecting your investment on the inside and out. Along with routine cleaning and maintenance, they do annual property inspections. These follow an in-depth detailed checklist and cover every inch of your home. Our rental program manager will then examine all of the departmental notes and review them with you. At this time we will discuss recommended upgrades, your unit rating, and goals for the next year.

Maintenance technicians are licensed and certified pool operators. They provide grounds maintenance which covers landscaping, snow removal, and trash removal. A maintenance technician is on site until 10:00pm every day and on call 24/7. Our housekeepers are dedicated to quality upkeep on the inside of your home. We clean and inspect your property prior to every arrival, including your own. A rental inventory is taken at onboarding and verified throughout the year.  Linens, towels, and start supplies are placed in your unit for every reservation at no additional cost.

  

Accounting and Administrative - Worry less with a professional partner

Owner Information - We set you up for success

We set goals and strategize with each owner to understand what you’re expecting from us as property managers, and how we can exceed those expectations. You will be provided with an owner login to our secure online booking engine. This will allow you to view reservation details, revenue reports, and the ability to block out future dates for personal stays. Commission is split and subject to change based on your homes size, location, rating, and upgrades.
