Description

It is our goal to ensure that our guests are confident in the cleanliness and safety of their property. As such, we've developed updated cleaning and safety protocols that meet and often exceed the World Health Organization and CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing each property between stays. Below are just a few ways we are focusing on guest safety.

-Hospital-grade property cleaning by professionally trained staff.
-Extensive staff training around handwashing, social distancing, temperature checks, and PPE use.
-Fifty-four hour (2 day+) gaps between each guest
-Professionally laundered linens by a commercial laundry facility. This ensures that linens receive the right treatment, at the right temperature for the right amount of time. This cannot be achieved by using a residential washer and dryer.
-Remote key pick-up service to minimize person-to-person contact.
-We use Virex II 256 on surfaces throughout our properties with a focus on high-touch surfaces. This solution is used in hospitals across the country to kill most harmful bacteria and viruses.

Property Description:

This two bedroom, two bath condo features a queen bed, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa for accommodations for up to six people. This condo has nice valley views and features a full kitchen, gas fireplace, free WiFi, washer/dryer, and ski locker access. Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and available for one vehicle. Additional is parking located at the north end of the Inn at SilverCreek parking lot.

This condo is within walking distance to the many amenities and activities at Granby Ranch. Skiing, hiking, and mountain biking trails surround the property. Spend a day fishing on the private stretch of the Fraser River or tee off at the Granby Ranch Golf Course. Head to the community heated outdoor pool and hot tub* to relax after a day of mountain adventures (open seasonally throughout the year). Or take a stroll over to the Granby Ranch Bar and Grill right next door (open seasonally). Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive. Make this condo the jumping-off point for your perfect mountain vacation!

*Rental guests may use the pool subject to availability. Rental guests may come with a maximum of 4 people in their party. Maximum pool capacity of 32 guests at a time. Owners are able to reserve the pool ahead of time, so availability may be limited and guests can only enter on a walk-up basis if there is available capacity to do so.

Amazing location just steps from the lift. The accommodations were great, the only thing I would ask for is a better frying pan for my morning eggs.

"Great end unit"

Great end unit with lots of space. Don't hear the snow cats at night. Pool is right below. Well equipped. Grill on deck was an added perk. Used the fireplace a lot. Only wish it would had a bunk bed setup as the two twin beds didn't quite fit everyone. Little farther walk from the elevator but noise was lower. Also would recommend a keypad for entry into the unit like some of the others. We've stayed at multiple units at base camp one.
