Description

It is our goal to ensure that our guests are confident in the cleanliness and safety of their property. As such, we've developed updated cleaning and safety protocols that meet and often exceed the World Health Organization and CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing each property between stays. Below are just a few ways we are focusing on guest safety.

-Hospital-grade property cleaning by professionally trained staff.
-Extensive staff training around handwashing, social distancing, temperature checks, and PPE use.
-Fifty-four hour (2 day+) gaps between each guest
-Professionally laundered linens by a commercial laundry facility. This ensures that linens receive the right treatment, at the right temperature for the right amount of time. This cannot be achieved by using a residential washer and dryer.
-Remote key pick-up service to minimize person-to-person contact.
-We use Virex II 256 on surfaces throughout our properties with a focus on high-touch surfaces. This solution is used in hospitals across the country to kill most harmful bacteria and viruses.

This two bedroom and two bathroom condo is centrally located in Granby giving you easy access to Winter Park and the west entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. BEDS: Queen in Master, Queen and Futon in Second Bedroom; UNIT FEATURES: 36 Inch Flat Screen TV/DVD Player in Living Room, 25 Inch TV in Master Bedroom, Washer/Dryer and Fireplace; COMPLEX FEATURES: Two Outdoor Community Hot Tubs, and Ski Storage. Located in the middle of Grand County, the Lodge at Ten Mile offers easy access to many Rocky Mountain vacation attractions. Ski, Bike and Golf Granby Ranch is just two miles up the road. All within a half hour or less drive are Rocky Mountain National Park, 3 area lakes, 4 golf courses, Winter Park Resort, Hot Sulphur Springs, and miles of hiking and biking trails.

"Great for family, good value"

The pros: The condo was nice and clean (except one thing, listed in the "cons"), and the furniture was comfortable. Plenty of space for two couples and a child, and we used the kitchen to cook every night. Plenty of towels and linens. No view, but it was a good value. The management office was staffed by a friendly woman who was helpful. The cons: Parking was hit or miss -- not a lot of spaces for the number of condos in the complex. The wifi information was not listed on the app, but on the second day, we found a piece of paper in a kitchen drawer. The dishwasher didn't seem to work well, as many of the dishes in the cabinet needed to be washed before we could use them. No A/C (which is fine), but we couldn't even get the fan to run to circulate the air. The carpet was kind of dirty and stained; would recommend hard floors throughout the eating and living space for cleanliness and easy clean-up.

"GREAT PROPERTY!GREAT LOCATION"

It is a great location. It is close to all the attractions in the area we had a great stay. Beds were very comfortable. We had everything you need to stay at a place. I will recommend this place to anybody who wants to visit Rocky Mountains.
