This 2 bedroom plus loft, 2.5 bathroom vacation condo is located on the Meadow Ridge Resort in Fraser, just 5 miles from the Winter Park Resort! This condo has queen beds in the bedrooms, a double bed and a twin bed in the loft, and a sofa sleeper (sleeper sofas are generally recommended only for children) in the living room. The deck has a great view of the ski runs and Byers Peak! When staying at Meadow Ridge, guests have full access to the amenities at the clubhouse. There is an outdoor, heated pool and two large hot tubs, which are accessible year-round. The clubhouse also includes coin operated laundry facilities, an exercise room, a racquetball court, tennis court (summer only) and an on-site ski shop. Several other vacation rentals are available nearby to plan a larger gathering. Also, there are two meeting rooms available, one complete with a kitchen, for a reasonable charge, if you would like to have a family gathering.

This condo was really nice. We had 6 adults & 2 kids and they all loved it! Plenty of space and we were only minutes from things to do and places to shop. WP Resort was less than 15 minutes away and the town itself was only 5-7 minutes depending on snow!

We have 6 guys in our group and needed 6 beds. The condo had 5 and we had a blow up bed. Perfect! I gave the unit 4 out of 5 because of the water. The water heater could not handle two showers back to back. You have to schedule everyone's showers for the week.
